Timestamp Converter is run by a single maintainer, so the simplest way to reach a real human is by email. Bug reports, corrections, and feature suggestions are all welcome - corrections are always read first.

Email

Replies typically within a few business days. For urgent issues (a wrong conversion, a broken page), include the URL of the page where you saw the problem.

What to include in a bug report

If you found a result that looks wrong, please include:

Feature suggestions

The site is intentionally narrow in scope - timestamps, dates, timezones, cron, durations, and the languages developers actually use to manipulate them. Suggestions that fit that scope and that come up often in your day-to-day work are the most likely to ship. "Would be nice to have a JSON-formatter as well" suggestions are politely declined; that is what JSON Difference is for.

Corrections to documentation

If a reference page contains an outdated fact (a timezone abbreviation that changed, a daylight-saving rule that has since been amended, a cron expression behavior that differs from what the page describes), please send a short note with the page URL, what is wrong, and a citation. Documentation corrections take priority over new features.

Privacy, takedown, and legal requests

Privacy questions, GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA requests, copyright complaints, and other legal inquiries can also be sent to the email above. For privacy requests, please describe what data you believe is being processed about you so we can investigate. We will respond within 30 days. Routine GDPR rights are typically exercised through your browser and the third-party providers listed in the Privacy Policy; an email to us is the right path when those routes do not address your concern.

Press, partnerships, and sponsorships

The site does not currently accept paid placements, sponsored content, or "guest posts." Genuine integration ideas (for example, an editor plugin that uses the converter under the hood) are welcome.
