Unix Seconds to Milliseconds Converter

JavaScript's `new Date()` and most JS date libraries expect milliseconds, but most APIs return seconds. Multiply by 1000 to convert.

Example: 1706745600

Unix (seconds)1706745600
Unix (milliseconds)1706745600000
ISO 8601 (UTC)2024-02-01T00:00:00Z
RFC 2822Thu, 01 Feb 2024 00:00:00 GMT

Common Pitfall

Note: If you pass seconds to `new Date(1706745600)` instead of `new Date(1706745600000)`, you'll get January 20, 1970 - multiply by 1000 first.
